The Cure For Baldness Might Have Been Discovered in McDonald’s French Fries
Most baldness "cures" don't work according to a Consumer Reports survey of more than 8,000 men. More than half of the men polled said they were disappointed with the results. Researchers at Yokohama National University in Japan think they've found something that will work.
They found dimethylpolysiloxane, a chemical that McDonald's uses to prevent oil from splashing, can be used to stop baldness.Their studies show it produces hair follicles on mice. Their team wants do a clinical trial with humans soon. If proven effective the chemical, not the fries, could be used for treatment.
