
Teenager Hospitalized After Vehicle Hits Deer in SE Minnesota
Lewiston, MN (KROC-AM News)- A teenager was hurt after the vehicle they were riding in struck a deer on I-90 in Winona County Thursday evening.

The State Patrol responded to the crash about two miles east of the Lewiston exit shortly after 8 p.m. The Honda Accord was traveling east when it hit the animal.
The passenger, a 14-year-old Rushford girl, was brought to Winona Health with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries. The state crash report says the driver, identified as 44-year-old Joshua Rye of Rushford, was not hurt.
Both of the car’s occupants were buckled up. The Lewiston Ambulance Service assisted the State Patrol at the crash site.
