Minnesota High School Softball Rankings for May 16,2024

The Minnesota Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association updated their state rankings today for the four classes of high school.

Randolph remains #1 in Class AA.  Caledonia moved into the top 10 for the first time and are in the same section as the Rockets.

In Class A Gopher Conference teams United South Central moved up to #2, Blooming Prairie stayed at #4.  Section 2 teams Belle Plaine and Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial moved up in the rankings.  LCWM is #2, Belle Plaine #4.

Three Big Nine Conference teams are among the Class AAA state elite with Winona #4, Mankato West #6, Mankato East #7.  Hiawatha Valley League member Stewartville is rated #10,

Three South Suburban Conference teams are atop the Class AAAA rankings.  Farmington is #1, Rosemount #2 and Shakopee #3.  New Prague is #9.
