It was a tough draw for the Bethlehem Academy Cardinal girls basketball team as they faced the 23-3 Lyle/Pacelli Athletics. It started out close with a 12-6 lead for Lyle at one point, but then the Athletics got rolling and stretched it to a 37-19 lead at halftime. In the second half Lyle outscored BA 31-20 for a final win of 68-39. The Cardinals end the season at 12-15.

Our State Farm Insurance Agents of Faribault players of the game were Keely Skluzacek, who lead the scoring with 13, and Amber Merritt, who had 8. And the five seniors playing their last game, Emily Crone, Hannah Robb, Madison Strodtman Katy Ashley and Mya Johnson.

Lyle/Pacelli will go on to face Blooming Prairie on Monday night at 7:30PM in the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium. The early match-up features Goodhue taking on Grand Meadow. That game will be on KDHL at 5:45PM.
