Rochester Man Arrested For 3rd DWI In Five Months

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who was arrested for DWI in May and August has been caught again.
A Rochester patrol officer stopped a vehicle that was driving without its headlights on around 3:00 AM Friday. A breath test showed the driver had a blood/alcohol concentration of .22.
Arrested on a felony DWI charge was 31-year-old Angel Reyna-Reyes. His other two cases are pending.
Records also show Reyna-Reyes was convicted of a DWI charge in Mower County last year and placed on probation for two years.
