Northfield Hospital and Clinics Reopening Faribault Clinic
Northfield Hospital and Clinics is reopening the Faribault Clinic for Orthopedic and ENT (ear, nose, throat) care.
The Faribault Clinic also welcomes Dr. David McIntyre, a family medicine doctor and Faribault native now seeing patients in the Northfield Hospital and Clinics Faribault Clinic. Dr. McIntyre continues to see patients in Northfield also.
Dr. McIntyre will be a guest on today's KDHL AM Minnesota program along with the Director of Clinics for Northfield Hospital and Clinics, Nicole Strusz-Mueller. The program airs 9:30 a.m. at 920 on the AM dial.
ENT care resumes in Faribault today (May 28) with Dr. Gerard O'Halloran (practicing in Faribault since 2004). Dr. O'Halloran also sees patients in the Northfield Hospital and Clinics Northfield and Lakeville clinics.

Orthopedics (in Faribault since 1989) resumes in June. The Orthopedics team led by Dr. Clinton Muench and Dr. Hans Bengston, also sees patients in the Northfield Clinic.

Dr. McIntyre is a Faribault High School graduate. He was Valedictorian of his graduating class then went to the University of Minnesota to receive degrees in Chemistry and Biology. Then came school at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine.
Dr. McIntyre practiced medicine in Faribault from 1998 until 2018. He joined Northfield Hospital and Clinics in February of 2019.
He was the Allina Clinic Faribault lead physician for 12 years and had two Chiefs of Staff District One Hospital stints during his career.
Strusz-Mueller is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Mn. with a degree in Psychology. She obtained her Masters Degree in Health and Human Service Administration from St. Mary's University in Winona, Mn.
Worked 16 years at the Hennepin County Medical Center (now Hennepin Health) in Minneapolis, Mn.
Strusz-Mueller joined Northfield Hospital and Clinics in February 2011.
