Representatives of the Paradise Center for the Arts are scheduled to be on AM Minnesota at 9:30 this morning. We will look at all the happenings in May.

This weekend it's the annual Big Hats, Big Hearts Fundraiser for the Arts, a delightful evening that begins at 4PM and includes live and silent auctions and a viewing of the fastest two minutes in sports.

A new gallery opens on May 12 at 5PM and features Kim Dayton and LeAnn Gehring-Ryan.

There are craft-making and jewelry-making events every Wednesday, May 9 through the 30th.

Sunday, May 21, at 4PM you don't want to miss "The Looney Lutherans." It's a very funny production featuring three ladies promoting a cookbook that teaches people to cook and live, "the Lutheran way." You can get more details on their website

An American Red Cross Blood Drive is Thursday, May 25, at the Paradise from 1-7PM. Give blood and receive a voucher for a buy one-get one free ticket for Best of Broadway at the Paradise Saturday, June 3, at 7:30PM and Sunday, June 4, at 2PM.

The Paradise Center for the Arts needs our support to continue to entertain and enlighten us through the performing and visual arts. Consider becoming a member and receive discounts on tickets for events throughout the year.

If you can't tune in at 9:30AM go to the KDHL YouTube channel and watch at a more convenient time for you.
