The Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival hosted by the Paradise Center for the Arts is the summer’s premiere downtown Faribault music that brings lots of people together each year. Spend your day listening to hours of live music from a great line-up of bands starting at 11 am to 11 pm Saturday, August 11.

60 volunteers are needed to get this event to work two-hour slots. The stations that still need volunteers include set up at 8:30 a.m., the information booth, and the pop and water booth, the kids’ inflatable bouncy house area, take down at 7 p.m. and take down at 11 p.m. The family arts project area needs volunteers who can keep an eye on things and keep art supplies at the ready.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Faribault, this event attracts over 6000 attendees annually. With 12 hours of live music, BBQ competition (back for 2018—revised and better than ever!), kids’ activities, market, food vendors, beer garden, craft beer competition, and more, The Blue Collar BBQ Music and Arts Festival is the highlight event of the summer!
