First English Lutheran Faribault Bake Sale is Saturday

Representatives of First English Lutheran Church of Faribault will be guests on today's KDHL AM Minnesota program  They will give us details about their annual Bake Sale and Advent Tea coming up this Saturday.

The event is from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The lunch features turkey hot dish, cranberry salad, roll, cookies, lefse, and coffee for $8.00.

All First English members have been encouraged to bring something for the bake sale.  They emphasized in their request Scandinavian foods like krumkaka, sandbakkels, fattigmand, breads plan and fancy, cookies, bars, pies, candies, pickles, caramel corn, jellies, jams, holiday snacks.

First English Lutheran Church of Faribault invites everyone to their Christmas services.  Christmas Eve services include:

• 4:00 p.m.  Christmas Eve Worship with Lessons and Carols
• 6:00 p.m.  Christmas Eve Worship will be broadcast on KDHL Radio, 920 AM with Lessons and Carols, Genesis Ringers, Adult Choir
• 11:00 p.m.  Christma Eve Worship with Holy Communion, Carols and Christsmas songs with Jim Lenway, Juliet Schwartz, John Wiruth

Christmas Day at 10:00 a.m. Worship Service with Holy Communion will be broadcast on KDHL.
