Tiffany Tripp is the organizer of the Faribault Winter Farmer's Market and will be bringing a guest with her to the KDHL Studio today for AM Minnesota.

We will be talking about the final farmer's market of 2017 at the Paradise Center for the Arts this Saturday, December 23rd from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday's event will be highlighted by local cheese and cider tasting in the lobby of the Paradise Center for the Arts.

Featured cheese and cider makers include Singing Hills Goat Dairy, Shepherd's Way, CannonBelles Cheese and Keepsake Cidery.  Visitors will have the opportunity to visit with the cheese and cider makers, sample products and purchase or order local cheese and cidere.

All the cheese makers participating participating in this event are from Rice and Goodhue Counties.

Saturday is the final day of the 2017 market season.

The Faribault Winter Farmer's Market will take January off and then resume on the first Saturday of February, March and April.

The Paradise Center for the Arts is also having their annual Holly Days sale of items in their gift shop made by local artists.

Saturday is the final day of that sale.

Holiday music will also be featured this Saturday at the Faribault Winter Farmer's Market.

If you can't listen at 9:30 a.m. we will videotape the program for your enjoyment and upload to our YouTube channel www.youtube.com/user/KDHLRadio.
