State Boys AA Seedings Posted

The MSHSL State Boys Basketball Tournament seedings in Class 2A feature a team with six losses as the top seed. Talk about up for grabs.  In the latest Minnesota Basketball News state rankings the Cardinals were #5.  #1 ranked Esko is the #2 seed, #3 seed is 7th rated Fairmont, unranked Caledonia is the #4 seed and they open with #5 seed St. Paul Academy and Summit School, also unranked.  Caledonia with two losses has the best record in the field at 27-2.  KDHL Radio's 66th year of baseline to baseline coverage of the tournament will feature two first round double a games.  Wednesday night at 6pm top seeded Annandale will play New London-Spicer at the Target Center and at 8pm the Fairmont Cardinals will play Section Two Champion St. Peter at Williams Arena on KDHL.  The other match-ups are at 6pm at Williams Arena Esko plays East Grand Forks and at 8pm at Target Center Caledonia will go up against St. Paul Academy and Summit School.
