Thursday night the Faribault Falcons made the trip to Red Wing to face the Wingers. Faribault went into the game at 2-5 and the Wingers were 3-6.

The Falcons got on the board first and lead a good portion of the first half. But after some missed shots and turnovers Red Wing lead at the half by score of 38-31. Faribault came out of the locker room a little more fired up to start the second half and tightened things up a bit, then all of a sudden Red Wing went on a 22-0 run. Red wing scored 33 in the second half and the falcons just 22.

I had the Falcons for 19-37 from the floor while Red Wing had 26-40.

Joe Palmer and Jared Moriarty were our State Farm Insurance agents of Faribault players of the game.

The Falcons Face New Ulm at home Saturday afternoon and Red Wing faces Owatonna on Tuesday night. The JV gane was tied 25-25 at the half and Red Wing won 45-39.
