Real Estate Tips on AM Minnesota 2-13-2014

Last month we visited with an official from the Rice County Public Health Department about radon.  They still have free test kits to give away to test your home.  Every home owner is encouraged to do this because we are in the hotbed for radon issues.  In fact I stopped by their offices just last week and was told of the 10 most recent lab tests, 8 of them were higher than the accepted level in the Faribault area.  Local Realtor Daryl Bauer joined us on the program and will stop by the studios today to discuss other issues buyers and sellers might want to consider before purchasing or selling a home.  Tune in 9:30 a.m. and be informed.
