Dr. Kitay says Americans want a quick-fix solution for everything.  Have pain? Pop a pill and the pain goes away.  But it will come back.

She recommends we eat lots of vegetables and more fruit and cut down on our meat intake. She told us a steak is better for you than a hamburger.
