
Stay Bullet Enters Home Near John Marshall High School, Rochester Man Charged
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man has been charged in connection with a shooting that involved a bullet entering a mobile home.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Monday morning indicates the gunfire occurred around Friday night near John Marshall High School.
Rochester police responded to the report of a bullet going through a trailer around 11:30 p.m. The charges indicate at least two rounds were fired.

Rochester Man Accused of Firing Bullet That Entered Mobile Home Near JM High School
A woman living at the Rochester Mobile Home Park, located at 1050 17th Ave. NW, reported a bullet had entered her home through a living room window.
Responding officers found a 9mm bullet in the living room of the trailer, the complaint says.
While at the scene officers notice a bullet hole in one of the garages at the Berkshire Village Apartments, which is located to the north of the mobile home park at 1260 17th Ave. NW.
Police made contact with the resident associated with the garage, identified as 39-year-old Enagnon Sem Saizonou.
He told police he had recently purchased a Glock handgun and that he deliberately fired a shot at a mattress in the garage. Saizonou also said he fired a second shot by accident as he was trying to unload the firearm, the complaint says.
No injuries were reported.
Saizonou is charged with one count of Dangerous Weapons-Intentional Discharge of Firearm That Endangers Safety and a count of Dangerous Weapons-Reckless Discharge of Firearm Within a Municipality.
He is scheduled to make his first court appearance Monday afternoon.
