Buckham Memorial Library director Delane James and children's librarian Deni Buendorf are scheduled to be guests on today's KDHL AM Minnesota program.

The show begins at 9:30AM and if that time doesn't work for you we do archive the show on our YouTube channel.

When I was in elementary school in Spring Valley, I used to love to go to the library and get books to take home and read, but I also enjoyed reading in the library.

The world seemed so big back then and the library helped me grasp more of it. After traveling to far away places I only dreamed of as a child, the world is much smaller but many of the things I read back then I find are true when I embark on those travels.

We are going to talk about how the role of the library has changed over the years and yet stayed the same in many ways.

I hope you will join us either at 9:30AM or later by watching the program on our YouTube channel.

Wow, I never dreamed of such a thing as a kid, and I had a pretty good imagination.
