AM Minnesota Today John Dvorak

Rice County Fair manager John Dvorak will be stopping by KDHL studios for today's AM Minnesota Program. The 2019 Rice County Fair is only a little over 2 months away! Last time John was on AM Minnesota he said he was in the process of contacting sponsors for the Rice County Fair. Business and individuals that sponsor different events are a big part of the fair.

It sure is nice to see the green grass at the Rice County Fairgrounds. A couple weeks ago I happened to drive by the Fairgrounds and I saw a number of campers and boats coming out of the grounds. That was the day everyone that had their cars, boats, campers and motorcycles stored inside the buildings had to come and pick them up. Renting out the buildings for winter storage also helps generate revenue for the Rice County Fair.
