Cardinals Football Opener Tonight On POWER 96

The Faribault Bethlehem Academy Cardinals have had incredible back to back seasons and have a number of key players back from those teams this season.  Head Coach Scott Hanson told us on the Faribault Coaches show last Saturday his team is excited to get their season underway during what the MSHSL is calling this zero week.  BA heads to Mankato to play the Loyola Crusaders.  Last season the Cardinals defeated Loyola 47-0 at Bruce Smith Field.  Coverage begins 6:45 this evening on POWER 96 Radio 95.9FM and remember you can always listen online at power96radio.com or by downloading the Radio Pup app on your favorite mobile device.  I'm looking forward to the fall sports season kicking off tonight!  Tune in to KDHL 920AM tomorrow 10am and listen to a review by the coach from Bashers.  Faribault Lakers Manager Charlie Lechtenberg has also been invited to stop out and visit about their Sunday night game in the State Amateur Baseball Tournament against Luverne in Belle Plaine.  That game will also be carried on POWER 96 beginning 7:15pm if everything is on time at the Tournament.
