Two Ely, Minnesota men, Joe Bianco, and Cam Regan, built a giant Christmas Carousel on Burntside Lake in Northern Minnesota (and it's amazing).

The carousel comes complete with ice luminaries, Christmas figures, and a trolling motor to keep the whole thing spinning.
