
State Patrol – Alcohol Involved in Rollover Near Pine Island
Pine Island, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol is reporting alcohol was involved in an injury crash that occurred this morning north of Rochester.
The preliminary incident report says 23-year-old Charles Young of Apple Valley was driving north on Highway 52 when his car left the roadway and rolled. The crash was reported just before 6:20 AM just south of Pine Island.
He was not injured but his passenger was taken to St. Marys Hospital by ambulance. The State Patrol says it appears the injuries suffered by 24-year-old Salice Collins of St. Paul were non-life threatening.
