Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man entered into a plea agreement today in a child pornography case.

20-year-old Anthony Herbeck admitted to two counts of possession of child pornography through a deal that will result in the dismissal of seven other charges stemming from an investigation that began in February of last year. The criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week says Rochester police received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about four suspected child pornography images that had been uploaded to an IP address and email account associated with a northeast Rochester residence.

A search warrant was executed and nine suspected child porn images were found on Herbeck's cell phone, including the four images identified in the cybertip from the task force. The criminal complaint says those images depicted girls as young as four-years-old.

Herbeck is scheduled to be sentenced on May 6th.
