Rice County Steam and Gas Engine’s Swap Meet Canceled

I was not at all surprised when I received the "official" notification from the Rice County Steam and Gas Engine Club that the annual Swap Meet and Flea Market that was scheduled for Memorial Day weekend was canceled. It is sad to see so many annual events that have had to be canceled.

The Rice County Steam and Gas Engine Club also canceled the tractor pull scheduled for May 23, 2020 and May 24, 2020 plus the Minnesota Military days in June was also canceled. Finally the Rice County Steam and Gas Engine Club's annual membership meeting that was scheduled for May 14, 2020 was also canceled.

I sure hope that the Rice County Steam and Gas Engine Club's Labor Day Show will not have to be canceled! Maybe I am being unrealistic and dreaming but I am still hoping that things will be somewhat back to normal by the 4th of July and we can have the County Fairs?
