Divine Mercy Catholic School parents and administrators want the kids to know how much they are appreciated.  They have organized a Spirit Parade for this evening (Thursday, May 7, 2020).

I stopped by to take a picture of Bethlehem Academy for the news of their new President/Principal choice and some adults were putting up signs for the big event.

They explained the parade will begin at 6:30 this evening in the parking lot behind DMCS and they will drive through the pick-up route.

Organizers are asking people to decorate their vehicles and wear Divine Mercy Catholic School spirit wear.

The parade is anticipated to be about an hour long.

Across the street from DMCS a young lady was decorating a vehicle.  Who doesn't love a parade?

Again people are asked to keep in mind social distancing while observing the event with the beginning and ending near the school across from Bethlehem Academy in Faribault.

The school is also handing out lawn signs so students can be recognized in their neighborhoods.

School is over this year for DMCS students on May 22, 2020.
