Pork Producer’s Booth Hosts Breakfast at the Goodhue County Fair
The Goodhue County Pork Producers booth has an addition that will keep their cooks out of the hot sun.
So far the weather has been perfect for the 156th running of the Goodhue County Fair in Zumbrota.
I'm looking forward to another Breakfast at the Fair segment Wednesday and Thursday from 7-9AM, and Jerry Groskreutz will be there Friday and Saturday from 7-9AM.
There is a new menu item and it's not a pork product. Dot's Pretzels are $1 and remind me of corn nuts but are a bit saltier.
Breakfast in the Pork Producers booth is always delicious but there are some tasty items for lunch and dinner too.
You are invited to bring your family to the booth for some delicious and nutritious food.
The Goodhue County Pork Producers enjoy showcasing their nutrient-rich products. For example, a 3-ounce serving of pork tenderloin is as healthy as a skinless chicken breast with 122 calories, 3 grams of fat and 22 grams of protein.
If you can't physically join us for Breakfast at the Goodhue County Fair then tune in. I'll be bringing you the 7:05AM and 8:05AM morning reports and the 7:40AM sports from the Goodhue County Pork Producers booth Wednesday and Thursday. We will be visiting with workers at the booth and some of the breakfast guests too.
Maybe we will get to spend some time with a member or two of the two-time defending state champion Goodhue girls basketball or two-time defending state champion Zumbrota-Mazeppa girls softball team, or someone from the Kenyon-Wanamingo volleyball team, which placed third at state last year.
You just never know who might stop by the Goodhue County Pork Producers food booth.
