I am all about the food, especially today, and so once again, I heard about a wonderful restaurant and had to share the news. Ever since I was in middle school and had a crepe in my French class, I have been in love with crêpes! I mean it’s like a Swedish pancake but bigger and thinner! So, when I heard that there is a crêperie coming to Minnesota I freaked!

The Fast-casual restaurant chain Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, which started in Houston, has announced it's expanding to Minnesota and is planning on bringing four locations to the Twin Cities!

Bring Me The News wrote an article about the deal and explains how “the company is joining forces with a group of partners in the Twin Cities including Dan and Brenda Vansteenburg, who were one of the first Jimmy John's franchisees in Minnesota in 2001, and now own 35 stores across the Twin Cities, and dozens more in other states.”

Bring me the news also gave an insight into what Dan Vansteenburg had to say in a press release. The article quotes him stating, “everything about the brand, from the authentic menu to the charming store design that transports you to the streets of Paris, brings a unique experience that the people of Minnesota will be excited about."

The menu offers many delicious items from savory crêpes (such as Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Alfredo, and Nordic) to sweet crêpes (such as Cookies n’ Cream, S’mores, and Nutella with or without fruit), to even specific breakfast crêpes served with all your favorite breakfast options.

There is no further information so far on Bring Me The News or Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café’s website, but I am sure there will be soon, so keep an eye out for that!
