The Owatonna Chamber Ambassadors celebrated two occasions with HomeTown Credit Union recently. The business cut the ribbon on their new location at 150 18th Street and marked their 45th anniversary of operation.

In other news from their Tuesday Talk e-newsletter, the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism announced financial assistance is available for those looking to update their facade. Forgivable loans from EDA can help owners undo coverups from the 1970's.

Funds are available for replacing front doors, windows awnings. Money can also assist in tuck pointing brick and facade restoration. For information on the loans contact Shirley at MainStreet.

Chamber President Brad Meier offers comments on the Owatonna School Boards decision to put another bond referendum question on the ballot for a new high school. Read his remarks here.
