[Listen] AM Minnesota Nick Duff Milestone Community Director

Earlier this week it was fun to talk with Nick Duff Community Director for Milestone Senior Living in Faribault on KDHL's AM Minnesota Program. It was very clear Nick really enjoyed working with and was very proud of all the staff at Milestone Senior Living. In addition to their normal responsibilities they also had the COVID-19 pandemic to deal with personally in their families but also their extended family at Milestone.

Nick has only been at Milestone for a short time as most of his background was in the Hospitality Industry. He was a hotel manager. When you think about it, when you rent an apartment you are called a resident. When you stay at a hotel you are called a guest. Nick said really, all their residents are considered guests and it needs to be their passion to care for them that way.
