Pine Island, MN (KROC AM News) - One person was hurt in a traffic crash involving a semi-truck in rural Olmsted County Friday night.

The crash happened around 11:15 pm on Highway 52 in New Haven Township between Pine Island and Oronoco.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the truck and an SUV were both driving north when they collided.

The SUV driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was identified as 22-year-old Holden Kowalke of Waconia.

The truck was driven by 23-year-old Thomas Schrank of Pennock.
