Today is the final KDHL AM Minnesota broadcast from the 156th annual Goodhue County Fair in Zumbrota. It's been a fun week and as always went by too fast.

KDHL Farm Director Jerry Groskreutz tackles breakfast from the Goodhue County Pork Producers Association Food Stand from 7-9AM. I'll be on the grounds for AM Minnesota at 9:30AM.

Each day this week I've taken a few photos from the fair. Usually these were taken in the morning when the fair was just waking up.

Senior Citizens Day is today at the fair in Zumbrota. That means tonight at 7PM, an Outstanding Senior from Goodhue County will be announced.

At 5PM, Ray Sands hits the Beer Garden stage. He was last year's Goodhue County Senior of the Year.

In the grandstand Friday night Mark Chesnutt and Josh Thompson are in concert with performances by Dixie Maiden and Diesel Drive.

Chesnutt has had eight No. 1 songs on the Country Billboard charts over the years and Thompson is known for his ability to sing a party song. Thompson is a Wisconsin native while Chesnutt was born in Beaumont, Texas.

Chesnutt's first three albums all went platinum with top 10 hits all over the place in the mid to late '90s. Thompson has penned some top songs for Brad Paisley and Jason Aldean.

Gates open tonight at 6:30PM.
