Faribault Sports Hall of Fame Discussed on AM Minnesota

Faribault Sports Incorporated President Tom Hartman stops by KDHL to talk about next Friday's 27th annual Faribault Sports Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction ceremonies.

The banquet is at the Faribault Eagles Club and begins with a social hour at 5:30PM. Dinner will be served at 6:30PM. In addition to being the president of the organization, Hartman will be the master of ceremonies Friday night.

This year's inductees include, in no particular order:

• Dan Buhr: Faribault High School 2002 graduate
• Andy Wagstrom: Faribault High School 1998 graduate
• Beth Hanson Hill: Bethlehem Academy 2006 graduate
• Jake Petricka: Faribault High School 2006 graduate
• Mary Slinger Heiken: Bethlehem Academy 2006 graduate
• Ron Thibault: Bethlehem Academy 1959 graduate
• Katie Myos: Faribault High School 2004 graduate

I'm feeling old because I knew all of these inductees and all are very deserving of the honor. Hartman will give us details of each and go over the criteria for people to be inducted into the Faribault Sports Hall of Fame.
