COVID Vaccinations Begin in Northfield
Northfield Hospital and Clinics (NH+C) begins COVID vaccinations tomorrow for patients 80 and older.
All appointments were booked for Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Over 400 patients will be vaccinated. NH+C contacted the patients and emphasizes you must hear from them before scheduling an appointment.
NH+C Director of Communications Betsy Spethmann says, "It's a great start! NH+C is still contacting patients for future dates.

The latest Rice County COVID-19 Case Data released by the Rice County Public Health Department includes information that as of February 2, 2021 Public Health has administered 1,164 vaccines.
Total cumulative cases 6,476.
The zip code breakdown still shows Faribault with the most cases, 4,147 (64%). Northfield has 1,299 (20%), Lonsdale 457 (7%), Morristown 145, Dundas 127, Webster 89, Nerstrand 63, Warsaw 35, Kilkenny 33, Montgomery 30, Veseli and New Prague 11 each, Kenyon 10, Other 19.
