Jason Nesbit Due In Court Today

Faribault authorities recovered the body today of 24 year old Chelsea Martinez of Columbus Ohio. Sheriff Troy Dunn stated in a press conference Friday that information provided by Jason Robert Nesbit of Faribault, led investigators to a location near Shager Park west of Faribault, where Martinez' body was found.

Sheriff Dunn confirmed that the area was in Warsaw Township in a wooded area south of Highway 60 across from the park.  The Body has been sent to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner for positive Identification.

Sheriff Dunn said that Nesbit was arrested as a suspect, Just after noon on Friday, and was booked into the Rice County Jail he is to be in court today(Monday)

Martinez' vehicle was found in Shager Park on Monday night and the license plate information indicated that it was listed as an attempt to locate from Ohio.
