AM Minnesota Today Coping With Stress

My guest on today's AM Minnesota Program will be Emily Krekelberg who is the Director of the University of Minnesota Extension Rural Stress Task Force. It has been a little over a month that Claire LaCanne Extension Educator in Rice and Steele County has been trying to organize a time when we could get Emily on AM Minnesota.

This was before the COVID-19 Pandemic. Now coping with stress is even more timely and important! Thanks to Claire LaCanne for helping set up today's AM Minnesota Program! Emily grew up on a dairy farm in Le Sueur County, was a Dairy Princess and earned her B.S. and M.S at the University of Minnesota.
