AM Minnesota Today Claire LaCanne and Emmie Peters

My guests on today's AM Minnesota Program will be Extension Educator in Rice and Steele County Claire LaCanne and Emmie Peters from the Rice County Soil and Water Conservation District. The University of Minnesota Extension Service and Rice County Soil and Water Conservation district will be sponsoring a Cover Crops 101 meeting this Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

The Cover Crops 101 will be held at the Forest Township Hall located at 3625 Millersburg Boulevard Faribault 55021. On today's AM Minnesota Program we will get more details on the meeting. However, I do know that the program is free and it includes pizza.

In addition the University of Minnesota Extension Service and Rice County Soil and Water Conservation District will be sponsoring another meeting on February 10, 2020 titled Ag Program Refresher. That will be held in the 4-H Building on the Rice County Fairgrounds in Faribault from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. We will also get more information on that program on today's AM Minnesota Program!
