Carleton Hosts Nationally Ranked Bethel Saturday

The Bethel Royals are rated 15th in the NCAA in Division III and invade Laird Stadium in Northfield Saturday in search of their 11th straight win over an MIAC opponent.  The Royals rolled up over 500 yards in total offense in their MIAC opener last week against St. Olaf at Bethel and held the Oles to 85 total yards of offense.  That is DOMINATION!  The Knights were dominated by the Augsburg Auggies last week after scoring an early touchdown.  Their offense simply never got on track.  I'll have coverage on POWER 96 Radio 95.9fm beginning at 12:30pm with our Carleton Coaches show and then we'll get Head Coach Bob Pagel's take on the game followed by the 1pm kickoff.  There is no admission charged to Carleton athletic events so stop by and enjoy a great brat and some hard hitting MIAC football!
