Mike Eiler

I was born, raised & have lived my entire life in Faribault. I attended Brown College (it was called Brown Institute at the time). I started as a part-time announcer at KDHL about a year after I graduated and transitioned to Power 96. About 7 years ago I quit my full-time job at Sheldahl in Northfield and accepted the job as Program Director & Morning Show Host. During the last 7 years I’ve met a lot of wonderful people & been a part of many fun events. I can honestly say that this is the only job I’ve ever had that I don’t look at the clock & think… “Oh man, I’ve still got 4 hours to go.” I love music and have such a huge collection of CD’s & albums (there’s nothing like the snap, crackle & pop of vinyl) that I had to rent storage just have a place to put them. When I’m not attending station events, I’m spending time with my 3 wonderful grandchildren, traveling with my beautiful wife, or just chillin’ at home surfing the internet & watching “Big Bang Theory.”
