Winter Crops Day Recap

There was a big crowd at the Annual Winter Crops Day on Friday at the Southern Research Outreach Center in Waseca. It also was Friday in Kasson. Here, Jeff Vetsch is giving a presentation on soil fertility levels and corn yields. Many farmers are considering cutting back on fertilizer rates if they have medium or high soil test levels. With low corn prices, farmers need to cut expenses.
