Winter Crops Day Still On For Today

Thursday afternoon I talked with Deanne at the Southern Research and Outreach Center at Waseca about the Annual Winter Crops Day Program scheduled for today. In light of the Winter Storm Warning there were some questions about the Program being postponed. However, Deanne said as of now the Annual Winter Crops Day will be held today!

The Winter Storm Warning begins at noon today with the forecast of 2 to 4 inches of snow. "Registration begins at 8:30, we are going to keep the program moving and save time where we can, to get you out early" Deanne said. Remember, the Annual Winter Crops Day will also be today at the Heintz Center in Rochester. Speakers will be traveling back and forth between the two locations.
