Virtual Tours On Soil Health

Anna Cates the State Soil Health Specialist has put together a new program for this summer titled Fridays On the Farm.  Every other Friday Anna will visit with a Minnesota farmer and discuss their soil health stories. The events will be held via Facebook Live from the UMN Extension Cover crops page. You do not have to register, just log on to Facebook and look for Fridays on the Farm live events.

Today at 11:00 Anna will be in Lincoln and Lyon counties. On July 24th she will be in Todd County at 11:00 am. Stay tuned as more events are scheduled every other Friday this summer. The Fridays On the Farm are co-hosted and sponsored by Minnesota Natural resources Conservation Service, the Minnesota Soil Health Coalition, the Minnesota Office for Soil Health, Redwood Soil and Water Conservation Service, and the Renville Soil and Water Conservation Service.
