The Minnesota State Patrol reported a three-vehicle crash on I-35 at milepost 50 in Walcott Township in Rice County. Only one driver of the three involved were injured in the crash, those injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol report, at 9:18pm Friday, the three vehicles were all traveling along the interstate when the crash occurred. Injured in the crash was 87-year-old Fred Ulrich of Owatonna, Ulrich received what were described as non-life-threatening injuries and he was transported to a Owatonna hospital.

Also involved in the crash was 41-year-old Isaac Mah of Owatonna and 33-year-old Johnny San Martin, who's hometown and state was not reported by the patrol.

Other than Ulrich, no injuries were reported.

Assisting at the scene of the crash were deputies from the Rice County Sheriff's Office, Faribault Fire, North and Mayo Ambulance.

Road conditions at the time of the crash were dry, and alcohol didn't play a factor in the crash.
