
Two More Deadly Wrecks In Minnesota; One Was In Austin

Austin, MN (KROC AM News) - Two men from Hackensack, Minnesota were killed in traffic wrecks Friday that were 300 miles apart.
One of the deadly wrecks was in Austin.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a minivan driven by 87-year-old Lemoyne Kraushaar was westbound on I-90 around noon when it left the road and crashed into a tree. He was taken to the hospital where he died.
The other man died in a crash in rural Cass County in northern Minnesota around 6:00 pm.
The State Patrol says a pickup truck driven by 48-year-old Scott Voudren crossed the centerline and collided with an oncoming SUV. Voudren died at the scene. The SUV was driven by 60-year-old Diane Illies of Solway. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The State Patrol has reported seven traffic fatalities since Sunday.
