Red Cross Offers Assistance for Flood Recovery
The American Red Cross has joined forces with other local nonprofits, public agencies and private organizations to help out people that have been affected by the recent flooding in southern Minnesota, especially those in Waseca and Freeborn counties.
The Multi-Agency Resource Centers, otherwise known as MARCs, will help flood victims with recovery plans and paperwork, and find assistance for their disaster-caused needs. Muck-out and debris removal, clean-up supplies, disaster assistance for residents who qualify, and crisis counseling and informational resources are just some of the valuable resources available. Here are the times and locations of these "One Stop Shops" where you’ll find the assistance you need.
