Here's to hoping the current forecasting model is more correct than we often give it credit for, and we do indeed see some warmer seasonal temperatures.

The one aspect of the forecast that is different in our area is the type of precipitation that is expected to fall tonight. Faribault, Owatonna, Albert Lea, Waseca, and the surrounding area are supposed to see more of a wintery mix today into tonight, which will create hazardous driving conditions if we see more of a slush/freezing rain type of precipitation to begin.
