Swap Meet and Flea Market This Weekend

The 20th Rice County Steam and Gas Engine Swap Meet and Flea Market is this weekend Saturday and Sunday at their showgrounds located 3 miles south of Northfield on Highway 3. Gates will be open both days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. The consignment auction will be Saturday morning at 9:00 am and the tractor pull will be Sunday morning at 9:00 am.

The Flea Market includes: antique tractors, antique car parts, gas engines, tools, machinery, horse drawn equipment and accessories, cast iron seats, toys, pedal tractors, literature, license plates, antique furniture, glassware, collectibles and crafts. Remember sale of firearms is prohibited.

Food concessions will be on the grounds plus breakfast will be available both days. The Swap Meet and Flea Market will be held rain or shine. Looking at the forecast though, it looks really nice with sunshine and highs in the 70's both Saturday and Sunday.
