As you can see above, the event starts Tuesday, January 18th in the sublime city of Stillwater.

Twelve teams from around the world will construct dazzling creations at Lowell Park, which is beautifully placed by the shore of St. Croix River, during a three-day competition period that begins Wednesday, January 19th.

Though the competition itself is just three days, the whole event encompasses five. Spectators can watch the entire process and even vote for their favorite team on Saturday, January 22nd.
