The Lakeville North Panthers finished their regular season with a 70-47 loss to the Eagles of Bloomington Kennedy.  The first time they played they were beaten by them 89-69.  That was then and this is now.  Head Coach Shelly Soule tells KDHL her team has a different mentality in the State Tournament and it certainly showed in their 17 point win over the second seeded Centennial team.  They are rebounding much better even though they don't have much size.  Bloomington Kennedy has all kinds of size, 6'1, 6,1 and 6'2 starting and 6'3 coming off the bench.  In fact when you see them in person it's the first thing that grabs your attention, all that size.  Lakeville South almost upset them in the Section 2 Tournament, losing by just two so Coach Soule will be visiting with them to see how they did it.  The Cougars beat Kennedy during the regular season 47-42 and lost 60-49.

Lakeville South gave Bloomington Kennedy a great battle but Bloomington Kennedy came out on top 62-51.
