Small Grain Plot Tour Today Update

The University of Minnesota Extension Service scheduled a Small Grain Tour today just east of Rochester at the Lawler Farm. I received an email from Lisa Behnken Extension Educator Crops at the Rochester Regional Extension office last evening. Given the rain over the weekend and the forecast they have moved to Plan B.

Plan B is if it is raining or rain is imminent the Small Grain Tour will be moved inside the RCTC Heintz Center in Rochester located at 1926 College View Rd S. Please meet at the RCTC Heintz Center at noon for lunch and then a discussion about the small grain trial, disease and other pest issues they are seeing in 2019. Remember, there is no cost and you do not have to pre-register.
