Rural Voices Discussions

What is on your Mind? That is what the Minnesota Farmers Union would like to find out. The Minnesota Farmers Union has been holding Rural Voices Discussions this spring around Minnesota. Another Rural Voices Discussion will be held next Friday April 26, 2019 in Cannon Falls. The Rural Voices Discussion will begin at 10:00 AM at Artisan Pizza 1223 4th Street South, Cannon Falls, MN.

State and federal elected officials have been invited included Congresswoman Angie Craig. Staff from the Minnesota Farmers Union will be there taking notes for future reference. That topic would be profitability and low commodity prices. It seems that no matter what crops farmers produce, or species of livestock you are dealing with low commodity prices. This is especially true for dairy farmers.
