Rochester Man Passes Out in Fast Food Drive Through Lane

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested early Friday on a DUI charge after he reportedly passed out while in the drive-through of a fast food restaurant.

Another driver called 911 around 1 a.m. to report the man was sleeping and blocking the lane at the McDonald’s restaurant near St Marys Hospital.

The man apparently woke up a few minutes later.  A spokesman says he was actually in the process of getting his order when officers arrived.

After a breath test showed he had a blood/alcohol level of .13, police arrested 22-year-old Desmond Brown.
