Rice County Senior Volunteer Wins State Award

Rice County Senior Volunteer winner Pat Rice has been named Minnesota's Outstanding Senior Citizen of the Year at the 2015 Minnesota State Fair.
Rice was nominated by a group of friends for her involvement in many community activities.
Nominations were judged by three representatives from each of the following organizations: the Minnesota State Fair, the Minnesota State Fair Foundation and the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs.
